Cooperative purchasing contracts satisfy that requirement — without the cost and administrative burden of running an independent RFP.
Each cooperative contract is awarded through a rigorous solicitation conducted by a lead agency. Once awarded, any eligible member organization can purchase directly at the pre-established pricing and terms.
